Real Estate Agent, Landscape Designer, and Horticulturist, Lauren Bloom has much to offer!

Lauren is a Colorado Native who moved to the Steamboat area in 2021 to escape the big Denver city scene and get rooted in the Colorado Mountains. After purchasing a few homes in Denver, her passion for real estate led her to get licensed in Colorado in 2020 and offer her business and negotiating skills to her clients. Lauren takes the time to understand her client’s vision and make it a reality.

She started her career early in horticulture after graduating college in Colorado and after working for a local firm decided to start her own company in 2009. Along with her husband, Micah, she opened Bloom Concrete & Landscape, a boutique Landscape Design & Build company that flourished in the Denver Area. With over 6 design awards under her belt, she is an Elite Colorado Landscape Designer.

Today Lauren splits her time between the Steamboat area and Palisade Colorado. You can find Lauren running or biking through Palisade wine country, paddleboarding on the lakes of the Flattop wilderness, or enjoying a happy hour with friends at some of her favorite Downtown restaurants. She also sells duck eggs at local markets, is a beekeeper, and is a volunteer at a local community-supported agriculture farm during the growing season.
