Lauren Bloom is a Broker Associate and Partner with The Group Real Estate, recognized for her results-driven approach and deep expertise in the Steamboat Springs and Routt County markets. A Colorado native who relocated from Golden to Steamboat in 2021, Lauren brings a unique blend of professionalism, precision, and passion to every transaction.

Licensed since 2020, she has closed more than 120 transactions totaling over $60 million in Routt & Mesa County—spanning everything from rural parcels to luxury estates. In 2025 alone, Lauren completed 36 transactions and $20 million in sales.

Before entering real estate, Lauren built a distinguished 20-year career as an award-winning landscape designer and horticulturist, earning statewide recognition for her transformative projects. She and her husband owned a Denver-based design-build firm that was featured in national publications and consistently ranked among Colorado’s top landscape companies. This creative foundation provides her clients with a rare advantage when evaluating land potential, navigating site development, or envisioning sustainable, environmentally aligned properties across the Yampa Valley. Lauren also maintains a real estate portfolio of her own, featuring thoughtfully reimagined residences across Colorado—from Denver’s Front Range to Palisade—reflecting her eye for design and long-term value creation.

Lauren specializes in land acquisition, rural development, investment properties, and South Routt County single-family home and ranch sales. With an office in Steamboat and a ranchette near the quaint town of Phippsburg, she remains deeply connected to the ranching community she calls home. As a sponsor of the Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo and a farm producer for the Community Agriculture Alliance, Lauren is actively engaged in the community that defines Routt County.
